Carlo Motta’s practice focuses mainly on corporate taxation, extraordinary corporate transactions – with particular regard to the real estate sector – tax planning of family assets and generational transfers, tax and accounting due diligence, appraisals and valuations of companies, taxpayer advocacy in tax disputes as well as the preparation of financial plans instrumental to the procedures pursuant to art. 67 and 182-bis L.F.

Collaborated as contract professor for the teaching of Tax Law with the University of Eastern Piedmont “Amedeo Avogadro”, Faculty of Political Science

He graduated in Economics from the University of Turin in 1993 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1995 and a member of the Register of Auditors since 1999. He is also on the list of CTUs of the Civil and Criminal Court of Turin.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
