His practice focuses on corporate taxation and extraordinary corporate transactions, with particular regard to Venture Capital, Corporate Finance and innovative Start Up.

Member of Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Boards of financial intermediaries and various companies, including those belonging to listed national and international groups.

Member of the Working Group “System of controls in companies and entities and D. Lgs. 231″ and contact person. Lgs. 231” and referent of the Working Group “Virtual currencies, blockchain technology and innovative payment systems” of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Turin, Ivrea and Pinerolo.

Collaborator of Studio Associato CMFC until 2013 and of Studio Saracco Chieli e Associati until 2008.

He has published articles for specialised magazines (Eutekne Info – Quotidiano del Commercialista) and is a speaker at conferences and seminars on issues relating to the role of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Supervisory Board in companies, financial and non-financial intermediaries, as well as on issues relating to cryptocurrencies.

He graduated in Economics at the University of Turin and has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Auditors since 2009.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
